All jewellery purchased comes with a imprint kit included, which is sent out when you place the order. If you would like to take the imprints but are not ready to place your jewellery order yet, you can purchase the kit seperately and then order the jewellery when ready, if you let me know I will refund the cost of the kit once you place your jewellery order.

Item details

Included in the kit is two part moulding putty which is similar to what dentists use to take moulds of teeth and is completely safe for your dog.

It's really easy to use you just need to kneed the blue piece and white piece together until it's completely blue and then use straight away.

There are also written instructions and a short video you can watch from a QR code included.

There is two lots of moulding putty included so you can take two prints if you want to and I will choose the best one.

There is also the option to add more putty to the kit if required. These will be sent in multiples of two so you have enough if something were to go wrong with the first piece.

Return postage is also included.

Your imprint kit will be sent out to you the next working day.

Once I receive your imprint back please allow upto 3 weeks for your finished jewellery to be sent out to you.

Sustainability is very important to me. From using recycled precious metals and re recycling any waste, where ever possible I use plastic free packaging.

My jewellery is designed to last and I offer a lifetime guarantee against faults in workmanship which covers defects in the manufacture of the jewellery. If you believe your jewellery to be faulty please contact me to discuss repair or replacements.

You will be sent an easy to use moulding putty, which is very similar to what dentists use to take moulds of your teeth and is completly safe for your dog. There will be enough included for more than one go. If you are unable to do this, please get in touch as I can arrange for an inked paw print to be used instead.

How long until I receive my jewellery?
Once I receive your imprints back please allow upto 3 weeks for me to handmake your piece and send it out to you.
