Shipping and returns

Shipping is free within the UK for orders over £30.

Please allow 5 working days for your tag to be handmade and engraved.

It will be sent by 2nd class post and orders over £30 are free delivery. You can also upgrade to tracked 24 at checkout if you require, which is next working day from dispatch date.

I'm afriad due to personalisation there is no return due to change of mind. Any problems with your order please get in touch.

Materials

I use solid brass sheet to make the tags and there is no plating to wear off. Brass will gradually darken with age to turn a deeper shade of gold, if you want to return it to its original colour, you can rub with a little metal polish and soft cloth.

The split ring is brass plated steel for extra strength.

How much text can I have on the tag?
There are text boxes provided set to the correct character length for each line, please get in touch if you want to know if I can accommodate any special requests.

Can I have a different colour metal?
Unfortunately at the moment I only make tags from brass

Are the tags solid brass?
Yes I make them from solid brass sheet, there is no plating to wear off.

How do I clean the tag?
You can use a metal polish for brass such as Brasso and a soft cloth to polish them if required.
