Shipping and delivery

Shipping is free within the UK.

Please allow up to 5 working days for your tag to be handmade and engraved.

It will be sent by 2nd class post. You can also upgrade to tracked 24 at checkout if you require, which is next working day from the dispatch date.

Materials

I use solid brass sheet to make the tags and there is no plating to wear off. Brass will gradually darken with age to turn a deeper shade of gold, if you want to return it to its original colour, you can rub with a little metal polish and soft cloth.

The split ring is brass plated steel for extra strength.

Love this company's dog tags. I have a different one for each of my three dogs but did have to reorder this one because my youngest is a wild adventurer and after two years she manages to lose her old tag. This one is the same high quality and looks great, we always get so many compliments on the tags!
